Green and Red Circles in Server Browser

Green = everything matches
Red = some kind of mismatch

However, I'm kind of puzzled as to why some servers show red circles while others show green circles for the official DLC. My game is up to date and I satisfy the "required version" set by all servers, but I do not have the paid DLC. Nonetheless, some servers show the DLC as all green (including the paid ones, which I do not have) or they all show as red (including Zeus, which I do have installed).

Anyone have any ideas what's going on? How can the DLC be all green in one instance and all red in another?

This happens even with unmodded servers, just official DLC listed. Some servers show 1) all green for DLC and nothing else loaded on server, 2) others show all red for DLC and nothing else loaded on server, 3) some with mods show DLC all green with mods all red, and 4) some with mods show all red, including DLC.

Even my own dedicated server without any mods loaded shows up as only DLC but it's all red.

It's bizarre.

UPDATE

It looks like the DLC versions in the server folder are different from those in the client folder. As soon as I copied over those from my client to the server there were no mismatches and the red circles became green.

I simply installed the game via Steam and installed the server from Steam -> Tools. I didn't use the Steam command line interface nor did I select anything explicitly akin to Stable / Dev branches (just simply Tools -> Install).

Therefore, the server and client versions seem to be mismatched within Steam itself.
