are there even good milsim servers

hi
i haven't got arma 3 for that much time.
i liked the campaign verry much of its realistic warfare.
i played some senarios and played all the showcases.
but when i want to play multiplayer i only see rpg,s such as altis life and that kind of crap.
are there some good milsim servers such quality warfare as the campaign besides king of the hill.

For a public mild milsim feel you should head to the "77th JSOC" Invade & Annex server, but for a really realistic milsim experience you need to join a community or a group. The best groups i have encountered thus far have been:

15th MEU is pretty damn good.

Unfortunately the little kids from DayZ all purchased Arma 3 and took over pretty much every server with zombie mods and Second Life 2.0. It's disgusting.

I recommend the EUTW, European tactical warfare servers . For being a public server, these are like battlefield a little but for arma, but the teamwork in these sessions make me forget about playing any other FPS to date.

There are not really any milsim servers, since casual players hopping in ruin a lot of the milsimmyness.
Milsim is extremely fun though, and you can have great experiences by playing with a community on a private server

I am from the 4TH Marine Divison. This unit is always looking for enthusiastic players to join the healthy and mature playerbase, The 4TH Marine Unit is fundamentally based on the US Marine Corps, however the unit exceeds in the fact that structure is implement impeccably. The 4TH Marine Unit understand what factors contribute to making and enjoyable atmosphere and have found a striking balance between the maturity and discipline required to play the game with the level of simulation that makes it a pleasure to play. Although we are one of many Military orientated units we consider ourselves a "Combat Realism" unit. By this we implement structure, honor and integrity, however it is fully understood what is required to make the experience enjoyable. We understand many units have failed to define themselves appropriately and hence believe they are "Mil-Sim" units. The growing number of members re-enlisting to the unit in addition to many other units using ideas originating from this unit are testament to the units well thought out system.

77th jsoc is the one with nearly 24/7 admin and command online and pilots who control the server's squad setup. Never find other thats better than this who wants to stick with squad setup

2nd Marine Regiment - we're a semi-serious MILSIM server, currently on home rotation (at time of post*) and our next deployment is Takistan (*) we're recruiting at the moment to fill up our 1st Platoon.
