Help with Arma 3 Tools - Object Builder

So i have a model that i need to import into arma 3 for my mod im workin on, but Arma 3 tools Object builder always fails to open.

I have mounted my p drive and i ran DevP on default from arma 3 tools.
all the other tools open and work just fine, only the object builder fails to open
I have also unistalled and then reinstalled arma 3 tools

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the issue is not with the arma 3 tools or and no you are not crazy. The issue usually occurs when you launch from the steam page. The fix then is look in your C:/Program Files (86x)/steam/steamapps/commmon/Arma 3 tools for the terrain builder or the object creator and launch it from this file directory instead of through steam for some reason the two cannot get along.

What I did and what I recommend for you is to just pin the Terrain builder to your taskbar for easy access that always seemed to work for me. But you also have to mount the P:/ drive before you run it.
To answer your question, my Arma is saved on my H drive and I still need to do this
