I just got this error after the most recent update, have you figured out a solution yet?
I had this non stop yesterday
Next time you get the game started, video option, set to full screen windowed
Close Afterburner or other if you have these types of apps
Set monitor to 59Hz rather than 60Hz via the drivers/AMD/Nvidia

Not sure what was the fix,but now I can play without the same crash/error

Any update on this?

I had to completely uninstall arma, including delete everything in my registry and re download. I still get the error sometimes but it's playAble. The other option that works some time is to use something like A3Launcher and see if that works

Where can I find it in the Registry?
Before you go off doing anything too drastic, move or delete the Arma3.cfg file in your Documents\Arma 3 folder. Restart Arma 3 and it will recreate this file with detected GPU settings. Sometimes after an update the settings file can sometimes cause problems.

You'll need to reset any graphics settings you had previously.
Good news and bad news. The good news is that I fixed the issue. The bad news is that it took a fresh install of my OS to do it.

Symptoms: Game begins to lag and then freezes, but will not crash/close until it is force quit.

Log info: In Vanilla or modded gameplay, after 5-15 min a large amount of the following warnings are seen.
WARNING: SuppressCache::Trace called with huge input. Function exited to prevent program stall inside.
After force quit "0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI" is seen

Troubleshooting: All drivers, Direct X, and Arma were reinstalled, none of which fixed the issues. I tried various things I found online such as lowering sound quality but it didn't work. DayZ (same engine) ran for hours without any issues so I ruled out hardware issues.

Fix: Moved Arma profiles and other files I wanted to keep to my D: drive and did a fresh install of Windows on my SSD. Reinstalled drivers and Arma was working like a champ.
ChillFancy Is there anyotehr way to fix it?

In order to fix this problem you must open control panel and uninstall the latest version of NVIDEA because the current version installed is not allowing the game to function properly .
You will go back to the old version off NVIDEA that function on your game Thanks guys hopefully this solves the issue.
I had a very similar issue too. Game would stutter and crash after I replaced the MotherBoard, CPU, GPU, and RAM.

Fix: I deleted the Arma3.cfg file located in Documents\Arma 3.

Worked fine on subsequent launches.

I realize this is quite old but considering it's 2020 and the same issue is still around I felt I'd say this: I had the same error for DayZ Standalone and couldn't find help anywhere for DayZ. This worked (delete .cfg), it's fixed. You're welcome future victim.
