Logitech Gaming Software profile isnt working

Hi Guys!
I bought the Logitech g502 proteus core, now i want to give a profile to arma3. I edited all buttons i wanted to edit and created a new profile for arma3. Now when i start the game through steam, the launcher opens and my profile is active. DPI are right and buttons are right. As soon as i hit the play button, my windows profile is active again. So basically if i really start the game, it switches back to windows profile. I got the Arma3.exe and the Arma3launcher.exe in my profile executables. Also tried just one of each. It doesnt help. Maybe someone here has an idea. Btw...i had another logitech mouse some time ago, working perfectly fine with arma profiles.

I use a G13 keypad for playing - and I don't have the problems you describe. What I do is manually change my profile on the device and that seems to work for me.
I've had the profile-problem in other games, but when that happens I can fix it by restarting the Logitech Software.

Which version of Logitech Gaming Software do you use?

8.74. downloaded it yesterday so i think it must be the newest version. I tried whtat scamox mentioned. If i restart the gaming software my profile is active. but after a few minutes it resets to windowsmode..

Most likely a software issue. I had similar problems with an older version of LGS some time ago. Currently I'm using 8.50.281 and my G500s works fine. I'm not going to update LGS unless it gives me a good reason to do so. Logitech offers great hardware but their software is not always reliable.
