I think it's very safe to say that Arma 4 is not coming out this year, it's likely still a couple of years away.

Arma 3 is a true sandbox game, and reforger is a basic shooter, the two games couldn't be more different.

im someone that looks for something like a squad experience, so arma reforger is to go?

Personally I would not get Reforger if you have Squad, I would say to consider Arma 3 only if you want to play single player or Multiplayer PvE, if not, don't bother.

If you're looking for something like squad then absolutely. Arma 3 is dead for any public PvP style gameplay. If you want a more modern social gaming experience then reforger is the way to go.
