A3 launcher

i share a pc with my partner and he downloaded the a3 laucher to run arma 3 and it works fine all mods are downloaded on his profile and steam names but if i go onto my profile and steam name and i want to play arma on a map what he plays on it doesnt work a white box comes up with righting and when i press OK it cloeses the A3 launcher down.
does or did anyone eles have problems like this if they r sharing a pc?

Are they mods downloaded from the Steam workshop? Those are saved on a Steam user specific location, so they don't actually get shared by multiple Steam users. Go to your Steam install directory>userdata>userID>107410 to see the subscribed files for that particular user ID (which is a string of numbers, not the name you use).

If you place the Arma 3 mod files in the traditional "old school" way then every account would see them by default. I think this guide by Rick0Shay might help you a bit by using the feature that lets you add mods from an alternative source, atlhought I haven't tried that feature myself and can't offer any other advice on it.

sorry havent replied been busy with the kids thanks for that my partner has sorted it and i do it thought stea -arma dont no y i cant do it through launcher never mind works throught steam anyway
