Using PS3 gamepad and battleye

Am i going to have any problems with battleye if using a PS3 controller to fly helicopters or jets in multiplayer?
Ps3 controller is using Xbox 360 official driver, and 3rd party xinput wrapper
google: "xinput wrapper" to see what it is.

Please keep to the topic and dont start about mouse and keyboard superior theory.

i hear some people saying they have problems with ps3 controls, you should get a cheap 360 controller as they are far more superior and have far more compatibility with pc games.

true that, also for what it's worth if you're one of those silly analogue heretics you should get a nice joystick or HOTAS imo. :)

believe you me, whether or not i'm into analogue controls/joystics/trackballs/etc what i've seen from personal experience playing with people who use some very nice flight setups is that me flying with a keyboard and mouse just don't quite keep up to the people who are able to fly consistently using the advanced flight model.

just a experienced pc gamer trying to make your life easier, as it's well know that ps3 controllers pretty much obsolete on the pc platform without 3rd parts software that's not even 100% going to work with every game, so on the topic most probably no then!!

but yeah, smash is correct here, ps3 controller has no use connected to a PC, i still don't understand why you're ascared of battleye unless you've already been kicked/banned for using it off of a server or at least been warned, it's one of those if it doesn't come up don't bring it up things isn't it?

Well no, im not rly desperate. I'am already using the controller. (seems like you did not read the first post carefully) Ps3 controller does have a use connected to a pc for example: playing games. Also why would i buy a new gamepad if i already have this one.
As for battleye, the kicks you might have experienced are server/ admin sided.
So for "if it doesn't come up don't bring it up" once battleye global bans there is no turning back. so its pretty muck if it DOES come up its already too late.
It seems you have not understood the question which is about using 3rd party xinput wrapper and not about what gamepad you prefer.

i just got kicked for money hacking and i never hacked in my life arma 3 has a problem with it or the server olympus 1 and 2 have a problem because i am now not aloud on any server because of this ♥♥♥♥ please fix i didnt buy arma 3 for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 70 buck for nothing and i know its a problem with arma or the server because its happen to other people not just me and i stream i got the video to prove i didnt so there fix the problem please

I always used the PS3 Controller in conjuntion with motioninjoy (+ better ds3 because i hate the motioninjoy gui). I also played on battleye protected servers, nothing bad happened.

Warning: some People may complain how it is possible to fly that precise... so be prepared :D
