So you're in the beginning of the game, like war-level 1. The easiest way to destroy a roadblock is using Undercover mode. Presume you know how to go into undercover mode, then all your AI teammates will go undercover too. Order them get close to the roadblock, place them in good position, then turn off undercover, they will shoot the enemy ASAP, most time you won't lose a single soldier if place them well and close enough. Then loot :)

the first nade you have in the beginning is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as you have to get quite close but usually a few well placed nades do the job

While I don't play Ultimate (Community version is my favorite) I get into undercover, find a spot with cover/highground. Get my AI squad in place and go prone (them too). Set them to hold fire and stealth mode. Then I move forward and designate all roadblock members assigning one friendly to 1 enemy AI to target. I prioritize to take out the MG and grenadiers first. Then Make sure they all have line of sight to shoot them. (which is a bit fiddly) When ready I take the turret man myself first, release my team from hold-fire, and let them engage at will. When a few of the enemy died I order my team to focus on the rest still alive.

that seems a bit more complicated than getting close and ambushing them but it is realistic on what real guerilla troops would do

Well, the Arma AI in your squad need a bit of handholding and detailed instructions. But that is exactly how to get close and ambush them effectively.
