I look at the server browser and all i see is extremely casual and sandbox servers. Are there any realism servers?

There are, but they are modded and private. You have to join a private discord for that. I would say vaaaasttt majority of arma players are in private groups.

Overview:
We are a veteran MilSim unit which has been active within the UNSUNG/ArmA 3 Vietnam community for over five years. We strive to provide a mature and realistic experience while not sacrificing fun and player enjoyment. We do not ask for "Yes Sir", however we do expect players to follow the chain of command when in game. Our unit operates 2 main elements: Cobra Company, 1/327th, 101st Airborne Division, which is our main infantry element, consisting of an HQ element, 2 platoons and a mortar section. In addition to our two infantry platoons, we also operate C Troop, 2/17th Cavalry Regiment, which is our assigned rotary aviation element. We do require good attendance, however that being said we do have reserve positions for those who can't attend for long periods of time. Lastly we have optional side ops during the week that we play in different eras to give our members a little variety.

Top milsim server is bad companies on map takistan. They use rhs mods. So make sure your not on a potato. There is no parody here.
