Adapt - Supply network... Bugged?

I am having some trouble with this mission,

This is the mission where you are sent to lead a group of resistance fighters to ambush and steal a supply truck.

My problem is: I go link up with the fighters, we go on to a point ive chosen for the ambush (one I used in my first failed attempt at this mission)

I place the IEDs on the road and go up onto the hillside with my men and wait.

but nothing happens... ?

The first time I played this mission I got updates on the location of the convoy, I saw the convoy but due to bad IED placement and not bringing and RPG I failed.

But now, even though I have restarted the mission a few times I cannot get past the "set the ambush" task.

I got bored after 10 minuets of waiting and absolutely nothing happening, no updates and being stuck on the "set up the ambush" task when all my IEDs were down, I decided to RPG random buildings (as you do) and then I set off the bombs.

setting off the bombs completed "set the ambush" and gave me the next task "steal the truck" so I waited for another 10 minuets and still nothing happens - no convoy comes

I totally restarted the mission and same thing, stuck on the same part and the convoy never comes?

I set up the ambush to the left of the middle arrow, near a few houses right before the road turns north. I had to wait a few minutes, but it wasn't too bad.
Not sure how the game tracks if you are ready or not, but you might need to send your squad into cover. I hid them in a building, and the trucks came shortly after.

Whoa this was along time ago, Turns out I was waiting too far out from the ambush point iirc.
Try getting closer

Try my method (first sorry to my english but i'm just wanted to help)

Here the Grid location step by step:
1. At this grid 051,167 used cars
2. move at 049, 170 get Titan MPRL Compact Rocket launcher at least 2 AT missile and at least 2 or 5 pcs m6 slam mine Armor penetration or anti-personnel mine it’s up to you
3. 047, 171 regroup and use pickup truck
4. Go to this grid 047,164 don’t follow the road find other way to move to this grid 047,164 ASAP place 2pcs or 5pcs m6 slam mine at bridge (note: your first target is 1st vehicle and avoid your pick up truck to expose or make contact to the enemy make sure that you hide your truck behind those bushes. For some reason if you leave your truck to bridge that will make contact to the enemy they will dismount at far the enemy will alert. They will not pass to your trap.)
5. At this grid 045, 165 Take the high ground and take cover you see the bush? and there is small rock formation behind. Used that to cover and move your man away from you at grid 046, 146 Command and “danger” and command and tell them to Find cover at near behind house
6. At 045, 165 just seek look the bridge if they will pass to your trap and prepare to used your rocket to the 3rd vehicle
Note: your m6 slam mine is for the 1st vehicle and the rocket is to 3rd vehicle
7. Wait the first vehicle to pass to your trap and try to avoid contact until the first vehicle pass to your trap and after that using your rocket hit and press T to target the 3rd vehicle and then lock n load good luck and
go run steal the fuel truck! and move the fuel truck to grid 049, 170 asap
If the first vehicle didn’t destroy to your trap just hit using your rocket the first vehicle. That’s why you need at least 2 AT missile.

This is the perfect ambush. the fuel truck survive make sure that you kill the driver I'm using machine gun MK200 6.5 with scope TWS thermal to hit the driver.
