fps sucks

i get 60 in gta 5 all high settings. and i can easily run payday 2 and csgo. wtf is up with this game. 30 fps?

But i've seen people with 60 fps. i would realy like 60 fps cause 30 is just awful.

honestly dont know how to , im running an R9 390 and i get around 45

i get 20-40 and its never gone above 40. i got a amd fx-4300 and gtx 950. i've set everything on low but nothing is working.

GTA, Payday and CSGO, you say. This game is much more CPU demanding than any of those.

both CPU and GPU need to be overclocked to with in a inch of there lives and even then you probably wont get 60fps in MP!! Really both need upgrading as both are really low end

I run this game with a 1st generation i7 with 2,40 ghz, 12gb of ram and a gtx 750. I could play on very high but with the 30 fps max lock it lagged so i switched to standard grphics and the fps max lock was set to 60 fps. So just play with standard graphics and you'll be fine. I'm impressed i can run this game XD

Depends on your settings and what map/mission you're playing on. Something with tons of extra scripts and AI is going to drag you down unless you're running a high end intel chip. Also, view distance tends to drop your fps a bit, so tone it down and don't set it to like 4000m+.

I never go above 30 in MP
It is simple.
You need Nvidia AND Intel hardware.
Otherwise your framerate will suck.
And Devs are either too lazy or paid not to optimize the game.
I got Fx-6300 , CPU usage is around %25 percent, simply because it's not optimized
