Why i cant hit target with artillery, without the computer?
I dont have direct sight on the target but i want to destroy it without computer. If i mark the target on map with shift+left click i can see the bearing (however i calculate it myself). The problem is that if iam shooting at bigger distances i have to aim A LOT to the left or rigth from the bearing that the 3D marker shows, even though wind is set to 0 and i am on flat terrain. If i shoot a target at 10km it will miss by more than 500m. Thats unacceptable.

What does the artillery computer counts in other than wind, and position of the arty and the target?

Coriolis effect ?
Without getting technical, it depends.

CEP is the Circular Error Probability, or the radius of the circle around the target in which 50% of any shells will land.

Guided munitions usually have a CEP of around 20 metres at 25~35 miles depending on guidence type and operator proficiency.

Unguided munitions have an extended CEP of between 200~300 metres over 10~20 km, again depending on operator proficiency.

Wind, Coriolis effect, Temperature, Air Density (especially between boundary layers, etc.) all have an effect on tragectory and some can only be estimated in pre-calculations.

While 500m is at the high end of the range for a 10km target, it isn't outside the range for possible error, depending on how accurate you are with your inputs to your firing solution and how many of the variables you are factoring in.
From my own experience I would have to say that you are NOT on flat terrain. It might look like it is but even a tiny tilt will send the shells flying far off the marker. Sometimes moving just1 or 2m can fix it.

On flat/level terrain the shells should more or less fly "straight" to it, with some scattering around ofc.
