You use the Admin password once you are already in-game, i.e. once you are logged into the server and have selected your role, etc., you type '#login <adminpasswrd>' into chat and then you can access all the admin commands for your server.
Steam Missions:
These asre a little problematic when using with TADST. You have to download the missions somehow and move them into the servers MPMissions folder to have them recognised. It's not impossible, but does take a little more to maintain.
I'm going to do this by example. Using this mission because it has no MOD requirements:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=394169636
Hit the subscribe button and wait for the download through the Steam client to finish.
Now if you go to the directory where the Steam client is installed, should be something like c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam. Jump into the userdata directory and start searching.
If you type '*.pbo' into the explorer search box it should bring up any mission files under that directory.
For the example above the file is called '[SP%2fCO-04]%20A%20NORMAL%20DAY.Altis.pbo', so to use that mission you'd copy that file over to the server MPMissions folder and then point TADST at it as normal.
You should be aware though, that not all MP missions are created equally. Sometimes the only way to know if a particular mission will run on a dedi server is to give it a try.
