Request a refund. Use the whole ploy of it doesn't launch and/or run properly, and pretty much every game I've used that excuse for were over the 2 hour limit. It works and Steam doesn't ask questions and will often just refund your money.
But all you're going to get by posting on the General Discussions is a lot of pissed off Arma players. Just leave a review and demand a refund from Steam.

To add-on. The biggest difference between Arma and Squad, is Arma still has a Dev team who maintains it. Squad lacks even that and is abandoned. By the way, if not for Arma, Squad wouldn't even exist.

I have an ASUS gaming computer and can run it with a little over 60 mods, and get a decent 30-40 fps. When it comes to Arma the priority for people on potatoes should be Performance, not Graphics.

Fps is around 19-27 low setting
