Optional DLC compatibility with other optional DLC
Can anybody explain how this works? Google didn't really help much. It seems like enabling multiple optional DLC packs at the same time can cause issues (e.g. Contact or Prairie Fire main menus block other content).

Just trying to figure out how best to access this content in general. Thanks in advance for any advice.

IIRC there is a mod who changes the non-pf content behaviour. But they also have a setting to change the menu back to normal, though I am not sure if that is enough.
Toggling the "Enhanced" main menu does in fact revert the main menu to its more standard look; however, for some inexplicable reason it still removes all vanilla singleplayer content when Prairie Fire is enabled.

I'd love to be able to launch the game with everything loaded so I can swap between the East Wind campaign and editing scenarios for fun with all DLC maps/assets loaded. Contact assets are loaded regardless of if the optional DLC is activated. I don't really understand why this doesn't appear to be possible for Prairie Fire, and I cannot for the life of me find any resources online using Google.

(I'd probably need to dig deep into the official Arma 3 forums or something to find more info, but screw that -- it shouldn't be this difficult to figure out how to properly use paid DLC content.)
PF is more like a standalone game instead of just a expansion, and I guess to reduce any posiblities of problems that could occour, they decided to not load vanilla or other content.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2642544745 should work for restoring said content.
The reason for it, according to a comment is this:
"Without mods it's not possible to use any of the SOGPF assets in vanilla campaigns anyway. Missions were hidden according to publisher (BI) guidance."

All Optional DLCs besides Contact can and should work together mostly fine (in my experience no real issue running all four optional DLCs besides Contact).

Unless you're outright launching Contact or SOG on their own in the Launcher, there's no conflict with the other DLC's.
I own Contact and it runs perfectly fine behind the scenes when I play modded Arma with the other DLC's enabled as well.

For me, CDLC are all deactivated. I activate them when I want to play, one at a time.

Same for Contact, I unload my mods too.

It would be nice if every DLC/server/whatever had to list all dependencies.
An "enable all required only" button would be even better.

A3Launcher finds and installs mods but its a little confusing to use.

The problem I'm having is when Prairie Fire is enabled. I lose access to any non-Prairie Fire campaigns/showcases/scenarios/etc. And in order to regain access to that content, I have to completely disable the DLC, which then removes all the S.O.G. assets from the editor. It's kind of a catch 22.

Enabling all optional DLCs except Contact and Prairie Fire does seem to work fine, however.

IIRC there is a mod who changes the non-pf content behaviour. But they also have a setting to change the menu back to normal, though I am not sure if that is enough.
