Hey we are Spearhaed Operations Group a relatively new unit looking for new members to expand

What are we :
We are a Semi Realism Unit without a rank structure instead we use a role system that allows people to gather certifications for various roles within our unit

What our Missions Provide:
We try to provide a wide range of Missions on 2 separate Servers one for modern day ops and one for historic ops

Our time schedule:
The mission days are decided with the use of a voting system to ensure maximum turnout of people which also allows for flexibility with our member's schedules. Operations typically occur at 21:00 CET/3:00 P.M. EST.
Ops are not mandatory, but we use a LOA system to ensure the people within the unit are up to date and still active within the community

Arma 3 - Loyal Legion Unit - Two 3hr mil-sim missions available per week

We are a group of boys that play Arma 3 on a modded private server and regularly hang out in discord sharing other military games. We share a preference for mil-sim style gameplay, but also appreciate the fluidity of this game to create fun missions and modes. Operations with this unit focus on cooperation and role-playing with TFAR radio communications designed in a realistic functionality.

Our unit was founded in September 2022 and has grown to over 100 active members. Promotions are earned by attendance and merit, which lead to more options in your fire team or unit role. Whether your style is action-oriented or towards a position in leadership, progression is achieved through participation and service.

Training with the unit takes about 1-2 hours before you can join a mission. Ranks and roles are clearly defined which gives every participant various responsibilities and assigns element deployments for action. Expect 80-110 mods (about 100GB) to download as well as TeamSpeak, a headset is required.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a semi-casual, US, Cold War unit that makes the barrier to entry relatively easy to both new and old player alike. We're just a bunch of people who work and want to experience the true peak of the US. Founded by Arma 3 veterans, we want this community to be a major Cold War unit that wants to do anything and everything without the rank-calling, weekly mandatory training and bureaucratic nonsense and a lax attendance policy for when life gets busy and priorities shift.Please be mindful that we are a small and new unit, but we are always changing and accepting of advice and criticism from both new and old player alike. We need all the help we can get!

This is NOT a "sir yes sir" unit, nor is it somewhere that tolerates putting people down for no reason. We want people who want to be apart of a team and are not afraid to speak their mind. Lone wolves and people who are in a unit for a kill-count will not last here.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Semi-casual Environment. We always appreciate joking around on the way to the objective and bantering around, but at the end of the day when it gets serious, we are serious. And no "sir yes sir" BS, none of us want it and never will have it.
  
• Training That Respects Experience. If you're a veteran Arma 3 player, then our training is just a checking off the block to verify you're good to go and will be quick and easy. If you're a new player, we'll make sure you know what you're doing and teach you.
  
• Authentic Uniforms and Equipment. We always try (mod dependent) to use as accurate uniforms, weapons and gear that fits the time period we're playing in. One day you could be in BDUs, the next you would be in olive drab, post-Vietnam fatigues. The M16 will remain eternal though.
  
• Variety of Roles and Ops. Operations will change from week to week with us playing as a different force structure. One op we could be playing as an air assault unit in Blackhawks in 1985, the next we could be an armored task force halting the Soviet thrust in 1980 in M60 Patton tanks. We always try to shake it up so everyone can get something different every time.
  
• Very Lax Attendance Policy. All we ask is not to be inactive for more than 1 month. We don't care what you're doing or if your priorities are out of whack, we understand life comes first and we will always work with you to make exceptions and keep you.
  
• Multi-Clan/Unit Allowed. We have no issues with you being in another unit. It is up to you to play with us for the month we ask. However you want to divvy out that time is up to you, we don't care.

WHO DO WE WANT?

• 16+ no exceptions.
  
• Both new and experienced players alike.
  
• Mature and patient individuals.

Joint Task Force North (JTF-N), is a MILSIM/realism ArmA 3 unit that prides itself on maintaining a professional atmosphere while having tons of fun.

We utilize US Army and Marine rank structure, concepts, and strategies that are more common and recognizable to military enthusiasts.

As a community, we stand for mutual trust, teamwork, and accountability. We are a fast growing NEW Unit and have the best in mind for realism and enjoyment for our members.
