2 people on 1 internet can't join the same server

When my brother and i try to play on the same server (same house). we get the errror message "Connection Failed", 99.99% of the time, the other .01% we can play perfectly. Is their any fix?

Because you both try to connect with the same port to a gameserver, which won't work. One of you has to change the port of your client. To do that, add the parameter "-port=2310" to the game.
