it entirely depends on which weapon. you can't put big guns into a pack such as the lynx or the .338 or 9.3 guns. There's others as well, i'm just not good with gun names.

Let's put it this way:

All sniper rifles/DMRs and LMGs/MMGs cannot be put into backpacks.

To narrow it down:

GM6 Lynx, M320 LRR, MAR-10, Cyrus, MXM (might be wrong on that), Mk-1 EMR, Mk. 14, ASP-1 Kir for sniper rifles/DMRs

Mk. 200, Zafir, MX SW (might be wrong on that), SPMG, Navid for LMGs/MMGs
