One shot kills to the head i would assume, put into a players hands its certainly a fun gun, but try it at a range or in ai vs ai :l
This is just something that happens to real soldiers, they face an enemy with more powerful, but possibly less accurate weapons. You have to adjust your tactics, and improve your aim to compensate.

While that is true, you can't really adjust AI tactics all that well.
