One more thing to try is to move or delete your existing ArmA 3 folder under Documents and see if that helps. Sometimes settings get corrupted and this forces a full reset to default.

Also, you don't say if you are using any mods when you hit play. If you are, try launching with no mods, otherwise, IDK.

Okay... scraping the bottom now ;-)

If you go into the ~-\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\_CommonRedist\ folder and reinstall everything there. That's the;
  • DirectX\Jun2010
  • DotNet\4.5.1
  • vcredist\2010 + ~\2012 + ~\2013
Does that get you any further?

Also, are you able to throw your .rpt file up on Pastbin[pastebin.com] or similar, I might be able to see something in that.

Hello,
try to disable BattlEye in Launcher by unchecking the box on BATTLEYE page.

Could you please send me Launcher logs? (You can export them from Options menu in Launcher).

Hello,
I'm not really an expert to BattlEye, but an error represented by that number is called ERROR_SERVICE_DISABLED.
Could you please open Services app on your PC, locate "BattlEye Service" in the list and change startup type to "Manual"?

Ive tried! Nothing happens when I try to install it, the black install screen opens for a milisecond and instantly closes out. My problem is that battleye just doesnt install at all, and this is for all BE games not just Arma 3. Ive tried countless troubleshoot problems but cant seem to find a fix.

Do all the items here, https://arma3.com/launcher/troubleshooting. Then do the following, if you want help with this issue. You are not giving either Wizzard or anyone else the correct information to solve this.

So post the logs here, so we can really see what's going on. Instead of trying to interpret what you are saying. You will need to make an account first https://feedback.bistudio.com/auth/start/?next=%2F then post here for support. This will get you help alot faster than posting here.
https://feedback.bistudio.com/

You can also register at the arma3 forums and post problem there or search for posts with the same issue too.
