There ain't no laptop to run arma3 properly unless you have at least 2000$+ to pay for premium intel i7 laptops. Even with desktop builds, you will have to overclock the CPU to get the most out of arma3. I'd build a cheap 2500k (buying it second hand) or similar desktop system, overclock the hell out the cpu. That's the best - cheapest way atm.
Can you call a $2000 gaming laptop from your own experience?
Do u know any portable gaming desktops.

You can keep your eyes open for other deals. People who say you need to spend $2k to get a decent gaming laptop either have extremely high standards or don't know what they're talking about.
Also worth mentioning that a new line of GPUs are right around the corner, so laptop GPUs might see a decent change in price/performance pretty soon as well.
