How do you put a unit INSIDE a vehicle?

In the 2D editor there were a couple states you could make units such as "in cargo" or "flying" or simply "none" (instead of in their formation) and I can't find any of that in the Eden editor. Where the heck is it?

moveincargo? you should have a little check mark at the bottem right to enable/disable AI spawning inside vehicles

Probably easier than you think. Drag the infantry into the icon of the vehicle. If you don't understand, try spawning a vehicle with infantry already inside of it and take them out (Hover over the vehicle icon, and drag out the infantry icons).

you can choose in the editor to place vehicle alone or with soldiers in the properties.
