Tried everything cant fix "game executable not found. PLease repair your game using hte steam client"

I uninstalled mccafee and I have verified the game cache I have even Reinstalled the game twice. Please help!

you game should be in:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common there you will find the Arma3 folder, go in there and look for the arma3launcher.exe and try using that.

The evidence indicates that the settings are still active,
possibly the firewall/antivirus suspected an attack against itself
and is still blocking the suspected program (Arma 3).

Well trying to use the arma3launcher.exe did not work because my launcher did not work so if any one is having the same problem try pess the arma 3 game inside the local files, that is what works for me

You can restore the settings, when you install McAfee one more time,
download the McAfee uninstaller for this version,
and run the uninstaller.

Remember to replace the AntiVirus/Firewall with a other software.
