There is Life- orientated mods however, adding things such as civilian vehicles and new clothing, or adding new factions to the game (example - http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=22954 ) Or alternatively Life servers might support weapon mods or CUP/AIA for more maps to play on.
If you mean Life Mod as in this one- http://www.arma3-life.com/ It is rather well known for this problem - https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/174588-legal-violations-by-a3l-arma-3-life/ - where the creator took content from other mods without permission.
(If this is against rules in some way I'll pull it down)
My bad. I meant Altis Life. I'm guessing that needs the mod?
Cause I'm lazy and I saw how to do it, and it looked kind of difficult. Note, I spent a while of downloading mods on Minecraft (I don't play that crap anymore) and it was hard as hell to install them. My modding days are over, if you get where I am.
Thx for necroing.
