Is there a way to hide from thermal vision?

I often get spotted by thermal sight. Is there a way to reduce the amount of visibleness?

Shows me with "new stealth suit" vs the old sniper outfix used on Altis and Stratis.
If you own Apex then use the spec ops suit and helmet. If you don't then use the CTRG uniform and stealth helmet and NVG II goggles.
