So if i were to buy a new CD key in total, say from G2A, do i need to put that key onto a different steam account or can i still use this account?

Why do you need a "new " product code for Arma3? Since you put Battleye in the title. It seems you are banned from playing BI games, as you won't need two keys to play Arma3.
Seems I was right. Just check your profile dude, and yeah you’re a cheater. SO I guess you didn't read this part.
Important:
All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans on request.
So to answer your question, yes you need to start a new Steam Account and buy Arma3 again.
NOTE: You can still get ban on your new account too, but I 'm not going to tell you how, cause I think it will be funny when you lose that copy of Arma3 also.
The easiest thing to do is just play on non Battleye servers and live with the fact you got caught dude.

Winners never cheat, and Cheaters never win ! :2016roasted::steamhappy::steamsalty:

Eh well I don't cheat no more cause clearly it just brings regret. :// But clearly I just wanna play arma again so I just wanna know is there a way I can re-buy arma 3, but on this same account. Plus Arma is BI not VAC.

Vavle is Steam dude. But no you need a new account too, as it uses your Steam ID for the Batteye ban
Secure (unfakeable) global banning system that can be SteamID/account-based and hence provides the same or an even higher level of effectiveness as/than e.g. VAC bans, because (unlike with VAC) Steam-global bans are possible

At least you learned your leason and since you admitted it here too. That says alot about how much you have change since then too. The problem is you have to have a new Steam account with a different email address too. If you open Steam - Settings - Account, look at the third line dude. It clearly says what? VAC Status - In Good Standing (well that's what mines says) So what does your state? If it doesnt say "In good standing" you need a new account, which means installing all your games in Steam again (if possible) and if not that sucks.
