sounds like a texture or an AA issue, this is gonna be a long process but go to your NVIDIA control panel and turn on things one by one and play the game every time to see what it is.

Download crimson 16.3.2 drivers and they will fix your problems most likely.

Hey quick question, when I upgrade my drivers will I still be able to use something called "ASUS GPU Tweak"?

Your settings are higher than gpu can handle (vram overdose) and maybe hdd problem, had same problem but try with new drivers!
Good luck i'm sure it's solveable!

Updated my drivers, tweaked all the texture and AA settings in game, still have the same issue.

AMD RADEON R9 200

I didn't start out this way, but I got on one day, around the release of apex, and it started happening.
