Supply Network Campaign Mission Broken/Not Working

I've been trying to finish this campaign mission for like 2 hours, but it seems that everytime after I've gotten the supply truck and gotten back to the hideout, the trigger which makes that big CSAT attack happen never fires. After I get the truck back and dismount, after Kerry says that thing about the recon teams having to get back or something, nothing happens at all except some CSAT armored cars and that helicopter showing up and dropping paratroopers and no new mission/story dialogue or tasks. I've actually played this mission before a while ago, but after the new update my progress on the campaign seems to have been erased, so I re-did some of the campaign again. But, it seems I'm stuck on this level and I can't get past it. Am I just doing something wrong, or is the mission just completely broken because of the update? Is there a way to skip it? Thanks in advance for helping.

I've played the mission before, I know you're eventually supposed to run that way AFTER a bunch of story/mission dialouge, but the thing is I never get that dialouge or trigger/event, so even if I did keep running NE the mission would never end because I wouldn't have gotten the task to go that way.

Afaik the trigger for completing the mission is created anyway when the attack starts. So waiting for task/dialogue is not necessary.

Either try it again or use a cheat code to finish the mission.

I think the problem is that, for some reason, there is no 'scripted attack' happening. It's just the enemy normal unit AI seeing me and the other friendly AI units as part of their normal patrol and attacking. Look here in this let's play video: https://youtu.be/R8YByAxDc9o?t=1560
I just simply don't get that dialouge where Kerry tells Stavrou about the attack and then Stavrou says to blow up the truck, and then it assigns that 'Escape' task. I just simply don't get. I just sit around at the hideout until the CSAT armored cars I mentioned earlier blow me up.

I tried running N.E. anyway, towards the factory (I think it was the factory.), but once I got to the dashed blue 'frontline' you can see on the map, I immedeatly died. How do I use the cheats to finish the level?
