I did that
and that is where i found a driveable APC
So i took that and went round running over all the soldiers in both compounds, as i said before a lot of missiles missed in the first compound so i was lucky there.
I did not get spotted by a single tank/heli/APC
except for one on the edge of the town at the start which i deliberatly engaged, dropped a lot of smoke arround and then ran past.
I ordered my men to hold fire, stealth and keep lookout and i constantly got warnings of helis and NPCs without any effort on my part.
Every time i got a warning i went prone in a bush until I was told that the threat had gone.
2) In earlier versions of Arma 3 NVGs weren't stored in your base at all. Since "Bingo Fuel" is a night mission by default you had to scavenge NVGs for yourself and your team from dead AAF teamleaders (fight their squad) or crewmen (fight their vehicle). For some players "Bingo Fuel" takes place during day after they changed the order of the missions by talking to the officers at the base. They were spotted by the patrols who asked for vehicle support and there are quite a lot of them stationed at the town and the nearby outpost.
