Scorcher/MLRS not showing Artillery computer?

I remember before there being an option to select artillery computer in the mouse wheel list, but now it's gone. I've tried in the Scorcher and the MLRS, neither show it any more.

What's going on? Is there a hotkey? I can't find any way to fire these vehicles other than dumbfire without it.

Dumb question, but are you in the gunner seat?

Yes, I've tried them all. Also made a new game, nothing.

Is this built in to the game or is it script dependant? I even filled them with subordinate AI players and tell them to attack stuff, and they just sit there.

I just checked editor, all good here.
What about your range selection? They have to fall in line with your map click target

I can't get that far, the option to activate the artillery computer isn't even present as an option. I'm thinking something with the module screwed it up.
