Report a translation problem
Closest you can do is command which ever unit it is to move. Tell them to move right in front of you or where you are headed.
When your AI squadmate gets lost, and wants to know where you are when you're a leader, lets say your number 5 man, you simply press F5, then click on the ground next to you.
@KapitanSWAT - that's the sitrep command, it's you asking your AI team mate where his is - and checking he's still alive. You don't report your position to them.
When a subordinate whines "where's are you?" I usually just give him an individual move command to somewhere near my position.
In short, just selecting a soldier and clicking somewhere issues a basic move command.
Thus, in theory, the soldier should start moving toward you.
In practice, they can get stuck if they're too far away.
