Zeus Interface wont open

i need help my zeus interface wont open when i hit y, iv tried many ways to fix it that my friends have told me to try and that iv found online iv even reinstalled the game and still isnt working im out of ideas to fix and its annoying any suggestions or ideas of how to fix would kindly help

If you are playing the mission in multiplayer mode then make sure your Game Master system module has the Owner field set to either #adminLogged or #adminVoted (case matters).

In single-player mode you can leave the field blank, and the player will automatically assume control of the Game Master module. In multiplayer mode the Owner must be defined.
