Steam Deck honest review

Hey! just came here to say if you have one you can install and play the game without do any trickery to make it work on linux, im doing it and with the touchpads for radial menu you can make infinite hotkeys :)

But I still would imagine that playing Arma 3 on the steam deck would be awful.
Even on big screens, distant enemies can turn into specks of pixels.

im playing it right now! (regular campaing)

you can make a hotkey for "screen zoom" too :)
but i dont think people who play king of the hill and such will even buy/have a steam deck

I am trying to run arma 3 in Windows (Steam deck). But it always crashes seconds after main screen (status_access_violation).
Anyone had this issue and was able to workaround?

In steamos arma3 works fine, but I want to play with ACRE/TS.

its nothing, just try your games even if the store say it isnt compatible, there is always a way!

Its working great on mine. However, I got a steam deck to replace my ancient desktop and that's how i'm currently using it. Its plugged into a dock with full keyboard, mouse and monitor, running in linix desktop mode Idk how well it works in gaming mode or how the good the touch controls are. Also i installed it on an SD card and I'm having some problems getting steam workshop to install mods in the correct location

I found maybe it is a gpu driver bug.
When I uninstall gpu driver，it works,no crash but only 1fps.
