How big (GB) is Arma 3 with all DLCs?

110 GB with bonus contents roughly...

It also depends on the number of mods downloaded. I have all the DLCs, plus 159 mods downloaded and it takes up 99 GB.

Except for the Creator DLCs, all the DLCs are downloaded and installed when you buy and install the basic game. The DLCs only become active and available to you when you buy them, but they are still downloaded and installed regardless whether you buy them or not.

The Creator DLCs are not developed by BIS, and therefore not included in the basic game. They are the only optional DLCs that you have to actively select, even after you buy them.
