enemy ICOM chatter/hearing ai over radio
Is there anyway to make it so that my intelligence officers can intercept some sort of enemy communication and get intel about what them squads are doing?

Not sure about interception, but HETMAN has a function that has squads report enemy locations to the AI commander and what not.
