Equivalent of "Insurgency" from Arma2 and how to use UK mods with it

Returning after a longggg break. Just wondering what the equivalent of ArmA2 Insurgency is in ArmA3, and how I can incorporate UK gear mods into this?

Im gonna be honest, I haven't played Arma 2 MP so I have little idea what insurgency might be.
