How to keep the drone on a set altitude
I've noticed that the drones, especially the vanilla reaper drone (forgot its actual name) follow the terrain when its on a set altitude. Its like it follows the contours of the terrain directly below it.

In a hilly terrain, like the north-west of Altis (Oreokastro) the drone does not fly straight at all and always does these up-down maneuvers whilst loitering.

Is ther a script to change this?

I'm assuming you're trying to orbit the drone around a center point? I'm not gonna load the game right now but if i remember correctly:

Open the UAV terminal
Select the drone
Click (maybe right click i can't remember) where you want the center to be and you'll have a bunch of commands you can send (move, hold, orbit etc). Select "loiter"
You should have been prompted to select an altitude and radius when you told it to loiter. You may need to click on the center point (or right click) in order to set altitude and radius
Raise your view Distance (CH View Distance Mod will help)
Go to town

No scripts required. That said, it's possible to program a plane/drone in editor to loiter around a specific area but it's honestly quicker to use the UAV terminal to set your loiter

Yeah I know about all the different loiter radii. With a 1500m radius loiter set and an altitude of 1500m aswell, it does stick to the 1500m alt but dips when a hill is below the drone. Its like the 1500m altitude moves in relevance to the terrain below it. Its not 1500m altitude above sea level.

Drones still move up and down in accordance to the terrain below it, even when using the DAO tablet and setting loiter radius to 2.5km. This is no different from the UAV terminal....
