no. arma and laptop is no good idea. even if you have a top-notch most overpriced laptop. but that 4gb laptop you have sounds like it is an old dual-core.
don't expect fps to be above 20 mostly in that case.

System Model: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
BIOS: F.10

1.6 ghz yeah, as expected.
It will run really, really bad. forget multiplayer on decent FPS. You won't be getting more than 15fps.
maybe you can play SP - offline at all lowest settings, around 25fps.

short: it will run, until you go out of 4gb ram. maybe after main menu.
if you can make into game itself, it will be a slideshow.

i doubt the video chip in that laptop will be strong enough to even run the game, and by some miracle it does there probably will be so much lag it would be unplayable

It runs on Windows 10. That doesn't mean your laptop is strong enough to run it though.

Get a refund on the game if that's all you can play it on, It's unfortunate but it will be really bad or just not run at all. Bet is on the latter.

I also advise you to get a refund. Your laptop won't be able to play A3 decently.

First the CPU is too slow, second the integrated GPU of that CPU is just there for the display and for external displays - but not for playing at all.

Even the ones that have desktop versions of the cpu and gpu all clocked at the same speeds?

ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead is the better bet for your system tbh, you'll probably be able to run that on low settings decently.

I'm not gonna say Bohemia is trying to screw us with those listed system requirements, but the truth is that the listed minimum specs will be enough only for all settings low/off in a 720p res at inconsistent 30 fps with microstuttering, and this is just the single-player. There's no way the multi-player will be playlabe with such specs. It were more sincere if we said that the "recommended" requirements are actually the "minimum" ones, if we consider multi-player and mods, but can also far exceed those, depending on what you're trying to do with the game.

There is one "laptop friendly" ArmA game, it's called "ArmA Cold War Assault" aka the first ArmA.

It's dated and has a limited engine but will run on pretty much everything, although the graphics will not look better than some 90s PC game.

That is a REALLY bad setup. I doubt it'll run much fo anything no matter what OS you're running it on.
