Is there a file that I can use for sharing loadouts?

Is there any kind of file that I can use that allows me to share my loadouts without having to import/export constantly?

If I'm not mistaken, exporting the loadout copies it to clipboard, so you could just paste it into a text file to share it.

Could you then elaborate a bit on what you're doing? Do you want to "share" the loadout between units in the editor? Then you could select multiple soldiers and import the gear just once.
Or you could save/load them instead of export/import. Or maybe put them into a script and just run it from the init field of the soldier.

I am basically trying to see if there's a file in the Arma 3 game folder that I can use in order for other people to download, like downloading my loadouts from a file so people can copy and paste them in, like if there's a file or folder for my loadouts. It's just that having to import and export every loadout individually is very tedious.
