Incognito mod?

I'm looking for a mod that allows you to go Incognito, or undercover as civilians.
Any mods that allow this?

Could be, but i perfer Workshop since its less work.

One could adapt that script into a mod rather easily. All it would take is repacking the script, a config init method, and maybe a few tweaks here and there.
