How do I make AI helicopter land and drop off troops?
Im making a mission where a helicopter flyes in and drops you off but i cant make it happen without your troops ejecting before it lands.

Give the helicopter a waypoint to land somewhere (I reccomend you put a invisible helipad there just to be sure) and then set the next waypoint as "TRANSPORT UNLOAD"

Though I'm not a 100% sure, this was just off the top of my head.

That works just fine.
Here's a tip: If you have an AI transport vehicles VIV you can set the waypoint to vehicle unload and set the waypoint completion radius to about 30 so the aircraft can land and unload the vehicles the first time.

As an alternative i recommend Achilles/Ares for Zeus missions, if that is what you are looking for. You can easily create movement patterns for squads and set drop-off points with a lot of blueprints! Hope it helps you out ;)

If you really want to ensure the helicopter lands where you want it - Go to the place objects and select the bulidings, etc. tab - Search for Helipad (invisible). Place that where you want the helicopter to land precisely. Players can't see it and it will force the AI to prioritize that landing site before any others.
