That's why the hunter in my opinion is the best MRAP against small arms ambushes, the windows are way smaller than either the Ifrat or the Strider. Good lush shooting and killing the driver or gunner in a moving Hunter. It's weakness is in explosives, one explosive charge or small IED detonating under it and you've practically killed the entire crew.
The Strider's engine is behind the driver, which helps against potential convoy ambushes that may seek to eliminate the engine to decisively stop the vehicle.
Some things you might want to consider about the Strider:
All true, but I believe the lower profile makes up for its faults. The hunter just sits too high for me and it is at a greater risk of flipping because of it.
Fair enough.
Personally, from experience, i'll take a Hunter anyday; I've been sprayed down in Striders enough times to just not feel safe in them.
