Experience with host havoc ?

im thinking of renting one of theyre servers for a exile server any customers that can give me theyre opinion on how it is ?

I used to rent my servers from there, they are great i can admit that, but when it comes to databases they are not that great, as i didn't get root access of my database. But for an exile servers they are really good and cheap. :D

Dont you need root acces to add mods and exile in general tho ?

I've owned several servers through Host Havoc and have one currently. For the price you honestly can't beat it, plus their customer service is the best out of everyone's (literally less than 30 minute response time for me).

Their interface is extremely simple and is pretty efficient as well

I own a hosthavoc server that I run WLA on with pretty damn good results 151.80.99.131:2302

There was an error with thier version of CBA - but if you upload your own it works fine.

Customer service has been fast, never used the exile mods though.

CBA is currently broken btw if that was recent and no worries it isnt hard to program those in

Dont you need root acces to add mods and exile in general tho ?

You need ftp which you get from them, but not root access for exile i don't think, i think it installs itself.

You can add it yourself aswell

Yeah, but as an arma 3 lakeside server owner which i tried hosting on there, i needed to contact support everytime to get my sql file executed.
