On a side note, if you can, play singleplayer, it's optimized much better and while you're at it, decrease the shadow render distance to the absolute minimum.
In anycase, OP, you should try lowering your shadows, shadows distance, viewing distance, terrain & object details, and put sampling to 100%. Then if you STILL don't have good FPS then try good o'l config editing. Just google "Arma 3 Config" for better understanding on editing your config.

Arma 3 isn't a GPU intense game, it's all at the RAM and CPU.
