On the steam page it states "While the exact theme of the Arma 3 "Orange" DLC (working title) will be announced at a later date, this upcoming new package will explore an interesting and unique perspective on the battlefield. The Arma 3 "Orange" DLC will include new vehicles, new clothing and gear, new decorative objects, a mini-campaign, Showcase and Challenge scenarios, and more. In terms of size, the "Orange DLC" stands somewhere in between the Arma 3 Karts and Arma 3 Helicopters/Marksmen/Jets/Tanks DLC.
In the the Netherlands the color Orange is their national color so I think the dlc will have a relation to the Netherlands. On the Steam page it states that the size of the dlc will be similar to what the Karts dlc is. In the Netherlands soccer is a very popular sport and all the sports fans wear the color Orange. So with that being said I think the Orange dlc will be a soccer dlc.

They made a Karts dlc and there are soccer fields on Altis, why would you doubt it?
Some people buy farming stimulator for fun actually. I'm not one of them, but I keep seeing a new one each year
