is this a new problem or was it like this from the start
also have you tried uninstalling the old drivers before installing the ones ?
"Sounds like your classic Arma 3 memory leaks, check your video memory usage as you play"
What does memory leak mean? And I'm running MSI Afterburner to check my VRAM and its looking fine if that's what you mean...
Anything that I can do? I remember in my older PC that I had the same GPU (but generally it was an older system, my new PC has everything brand new except from the GPU) and it played just fine...
I am neither knowledgable enough on this one, but typically a memory leak is a software side issue. That consideration might point to a faulty game installation, so try checking the file integrity.
Once you have tried all this to no avail, set your video settings to the lowest for everything and disable all other enhancements. But until then I am out of ideas mate
edit: try completely reinstalling DirectX.
Actualy I just did that and the game still crashed, I'm out of ideas myself
And no you do not have to set it to the same amount as RAM. Virtual RAM just additional "pseudo" RAM afaik.
Also windows virtual memory has to be set to 1.5 times the ram you have installed, and no not a "pseudo"! Actually fixes a lot of Arma users video memory leaks!
My mobo is ASUSTeK PRIME Z390-P (LGA1151) and yes I think it does have an onboard GPU... https://imgur.com/a/9VTC27I its in Greek but you can see Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630. Should I check Bios and see if I can dissable it?
Yes I'm running Arma 3 directly through windows 10 then normal way, no virtual machine involved... And also from what I know at least, nothing in my system is overclocked.
11 gb for both initial and max memory or should max be 2 times the initial? Like 22 gb ro something like that?
Depending on the BIOS version it should have an option to Disable the onboard graphics, Link to Manual Below.

If not try and "disable" it in Device Manager and see if that helps!?
Good Luck!
That's actually strange because I would have expected this to pertain mainly to low RAM/VRAM devices
edit: assuming NUKE's PC is not already using a vast amount of these ressources somewhere else. guess im just waddling too far away from my pond here
edit 2: have you allowed Arma 3 in the Firewall settings? Also are you running Anti-Virus software? Try making an exception there or turn it off for the game
also, maybe I should get my GPU to some tecnician to check its integrity, maybe there is something burned in there that other games can't detect? Who knows but I will give it a try
