Battleye won't update, and refuses to uninstall

Yesterday when i attempted to download the new battleye update it instantly stopped and gave me an error. I followed some guides that all told me to simply delete all battleye files and check integrity of game cache to reinstall them, although the main battleye file (BEService.exe) in the directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye. refuses to delete. I attempted to gain ownership of the file but all it says is "You do not have permission to view or edit this object's permission settings." I installed FileAssassin and Eraser, both of which didn't work. Eraser gave me this error when attempting to delete the file: "The file C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye\BEService.exe could not be erased because the file's permissions prevent access to the file." and this one as well:"Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))". Can anyone reccommend a fix?
