Short answer: No

Long answer: Collor corrections [community.bistudio.com]
Now I have never tried or saw anyone messing with this, but if you're really good at this kind of thing go ahead.

There is a helmet that has a black hot/white hot mode to it. On top of having a regular NVG mode. I believe it's called the 'special purpose' helmet. Maybe those would be better for you?

The top thing about that helmet, it's a full screen mode. Meaning you don't have the circle like wearing regular NVG's.

Unless there is an 'unrealistic' NVG mod, it's always going to be green. Green is the best color for night time being it reflects the most light. Hence why military NVG(usually called NOD's) are always green. :)

I believe there are mods that offer colour corrections for various in game objects/icons. Maybe there is one that can fix what you're looking for? In the meantime, maybe lowering your brightness would help somewhat. I know it's sticking a bandaid on a severed head, but might help in the meantime.

Green is used for NVGs as we can differentiate more shades of green than any other color. (Or so I believe). Changing to a different colour may hinder your sight in game. The special purpose helmet has a night vision mode, and also a black hot thermal mode. (To add to a previous comment by KingZher0)

you mean white phosphor NOT phosphorous which is completely different thing. WPNVD intensifiers are usually more teal coloured image than b&w. It is actually hard to differentiate the shades of green produced by many devices although it tends to be cheaper intensifier tubes or degradation like filmless can get over time than the green phosphors. Many find the WP shades easier on the contrast though myself included.

Sorry for pulling up a necro thread - I just released a white phosphor NVG mod that might help you.

Good man. Always good to see a modder that solves the problems set out before him.
