Arma 3

What is the best Ram Optimizer for Arma 3?
I'm looking for a ram optimizer that will go good with Arma 3. I need one in order to clear up ram space for Arma. I currently have 8 gb of 1600mhz Ram. I don't want to overclock at all. I just need something that will give me the chance to dedicate more Ram towards the game. I do not want something that cleans registries and junk files. So Advanced System Care is out of the question.

Game Booster is still fairly popular I think.
I personally just keep background processes to the minimum manually; remove useless stuff, stop auto-starting services and applications etc,

And Windows itself does a good job moving unused processes to page file to free more RAM for Arma.

How much available ram do you have normally when starting the game?

About 3.5gb. I want to use 4.

Only 3.5 free BEFORE starting? In that case, there's something terribly wasting your ram. You could use task manager to check what's eating it.

If you mean 3.5 available WHILE playing, then I can't see a problem. Arma would use more if it needed to.

I have an integrated graphics card. Uses up 1.8gb :/

Unless you're hitching badly you should be fine. More graphics or cpu power is always a good thing but the same isn't true for RAM.

Maybe try using the Intel 64 bit memory allocator in the advanced launch parameters available in the game's own Launcher.

I use -malloc=tbb4malloc_bi_x64... What is a good software that can sweep up the ram to make more ram for games.

Google Wise Memory Optimizer. I have been using it on/off for a while. Cant' say I see a difference anymore. Something else may have fixed my crashing issues. But it don't cost nuthin' to try.

Is wise memory installer safe for Ram chips? I can't afford to ruin my Ram.

The program doesn't work with Arma 3 on my laptop. I recieved an error message stating "memory could not be read" and then I crashed to desktop. I uninstalled instantly so thanks anyways. I'll just keep messing around in task manager and setting all of the useless programs to low priority and setting Arma 3 and Battleye to high priority.

That can be unhealthy for your system just so you know. If you're going to do it anyway, never put it on realtime.

I would say nay, due to the fact that arma3 crashed while using it.
